Article 1 — Purpose and scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all sales of products and services offered by the Eco Shine company on the website ecoshine-france.com (hereinafter "the Site").

Any order placed on the Site implies the Client's unreserved acceptance of these GTC (hereinafter "the Client"). Eco Shine reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in force on the date of the order.

Article 2 — Seller's identity

Article 3 — Products and services

3.1 Products — Eco Shine sells eco-friendly, 100% natural and biodegradable household cleaning products, made in France. The products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. The photographs illustrating the products are not contractual. In case of error, Eco Shine cannot be held responsible.

3.2 Services — Eco Shine offers ecological cleaning services at home in Île-de-France, in the form of packages (Express Brilliance, Interior Comfort, Total Serenity) or custom quotes. Cleaning products are included in each service.

3.3 Availability — Product and service offers are valid within the limits of available stock and service slots. Eco Shine reserves the right to withdraw or modify any offer at any time.

Article 4 — Price

4.1 Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC) and the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Eco Shine reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price invoiced to the Client is the one in force at the time of order validation.

4.2 Delivery costs are indicated before order validation. Delivery is free for any order equal to or exceeding €49 TTC.

4.3 For services, the indicated prices include all cleaning products used. Any exceeding of the foreseen duration will be subject to a prior agreement with the Client.

Article 5 — Orders

5.1 The Client places an order on the Site by following the online ordering process. The order is only definitively validated after full payment confirmation.

5.2 Eco Shine confirms receipt of the order by sending a confirmation email summarizing the order details. This email constitutes acceptance of the order by Eco Shine.

5.3 Eco Shine reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of an existing dispute with the Client, non-payment of a previous order, or suspicion of fraud.

Article 6 — Payment

6.1 Payment is made online at the time of order, by the payment methods offered on the Site: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as methods available via our payment provider Mollie (iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA transfer, etc.).

6.2 Transactions are secured by our payment provider Mollie, compliant with PCI-DSS standards. Eco Shine does not store any of the Client's banking data.

6.3 The order is validated upon payment confirmation. In case of payment refusal, the order is automatically canceled.

Article 7 — Delivery

7.1 Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Client during the order. Deliveries are made in mainland France.

7.2 Indicated delivery times are given as an indication and do not constitute a contractual commitment. The usual delivery time is 3 to 7 working days from order confirmation.

7.3 In case of delivery delay exceeding 30 days compared to the estimated date, the Client may cancel the order and obtain a full refund, in accordance with Article L. 216-2 of the Consumer Code.

7.4 The Client is required to check the condition of the package upon receipt. Any anomaly (damaged package, missing product) must be reported within 48 hours by email to ecoshineofficial18@gmail.com.

Article 8 — Service provision

8.1 Cleaning services are carried out in Île-de-France, on the dates and times agreed with the Client. The Client undertakes to ensure access to the service location.

8.2 Any cancellation by the Client must occur at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. In case of late cancellation (less than 48 hours), Eco Shine reserves the right to charge 50% of the service amount.

8.3 Eco Shine commits to providing a quality service using exclusively its ecological products. In case of dissatisfaction, the Client may submit a complaint within 24 hours following the service.

Article 9 — Right of withdrawal

9.1 Products — The Client may withdraw within 14 days of receipt of the product, without having to provide any reason. Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the Client. The refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

9.2 Services — The Client may withdraw within 14 days of entering into the service contract. However, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the service has been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and if performance began with the Client's express prior agreement.

9.3 To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Client sends their request by email to ecoshineofficial18@gmail.com, indicating their order number.

Article 10 — Warranties and claims

10.1 All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

10.2 In case of a defective or non-compliant product, the Client may request replacement or refund of the product within 2 years from delivery, by contacting customer service by email.

10.3 For services, any claim must be sent by email within 24 hours following the performance of the service.

Article 11 — Liability

11.1 Eco Shine undertakes to provide products compliant with their description and services performed according to best practices. Eco Shine's liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.

11.2 Eco Shine cannot be held responsible in case of force majeure, temporary unavailability of the Site, non-compliant use of products by the Client, or any indirect damage.

11.3 The Client is required to comply with the usage instructions on the products.

Article 12 — Personal data protection

Personal data collected in the context of orders is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act. For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.

Article 13 — Intellectual property

All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, brands, graphics, software) are the exclusive property of Eco Shine or its partners and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, representation, or exploitation, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from Eco Shine.

Article 14 — Mediation and disputes

14.1 In case of a dispute, the Client is invited to contact Eco Shine's customer service first to try and find an amicable solution.

14.2 In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, the Client may have recourse free of charge to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of any dispute. The competent mediator is:

14.4 Failing amicable resolution, the competent French courts will be those within the jurisdiction of Eco Shine's registered office, unless otherwise mandatorily provided by law.

Article 15 — General provisions

15.1 If any clause of these GTC is declared null or inapplicable, the other clauses shall remain in force.

15.2 The fact that Eco Shine does not exercise a right provided for in these GTC does not constitute a waiver of that right.
